Services

Lighter Services provides professional home cleaning, handyman, and appliance repair services in the Twin Cities metro area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Liability

Lighter Services is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property, but we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed before service
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance of appliances
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and clear access to work areas
• Secure pets during service
• Disclose any known hazards or special conditions
• Provide accurate information about the work needed

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. Quoted prices are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual work required. Any significant price changes will be communicated before work begins.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
